BBMP Plan Approval - BCC layout, Kanakapura Road

Hi all,

I am planning to get the building plan approval for my site (30 X 40) in BCCHS layout, kanakapura road. Need some suggestions..

1) has any one got their plans approved in recent 1 or 2 months in this layout?
2) if you got the approval is it manual process or through the new automated system process?
3) how many days usually took for completing the process?
4) if working plan is different from approved plan,then do the banks object for this?

do you have any suggestions for getting this without many hurdles and without much time?

I am planning to start construction on a plot in Narayan nagar.can you help me on where and how to get the BBMP plan approved also how much tentatively does it cost to get a 30 * 40 plot with one kitchen to get approved ?
