Hi All, visited the layout today, there are 9 blocks as a cluster, not like at one place, individual village is one block. In all block, where there is no litigation, roads, storm water drainage, Raja kaluve has been done. In block 4 site markings also done. 30 x 40 green stones, 40 x 60 blue stones to mark. Labourers were there, they did not know the measurements. They got me a tape, measured it by myself and that is how i can confirm the sites. Paid them 20 for kaapi tea... Sites are not numbered yet. Main Roads are really wide. Inner roads not that big. All 9 blocks visible on Google map, not named yet. Few more weeks scrutiny will be completed at BDA office. Don’t think we can construct homes there in 5 or 6 years. I have already shared the image in previous post, this BBMP garbage dump is nowhere near to the layout. Forget about the fuss. Roads were pathetic when i visited last time, 4 months ago l. Now roads are good from Mysore road.

Thx santosh for the info. Do you have any idea on,when bda will announce the allotment list and what is the time given to the allottees to make full payment.

Also i saw, many asking for the cutoff details, what i'm sharing is 100% genuine, RTI Data. Last allottees of Arkavathy layout.

General category - 30x40 site - The person was born on 8th Feb 1956 and completed 6 attempts. So if you/your Parent has applied more that 7 times or 6 times and born before 8th Feb 1956 then the Site will be allotted. There is no way it can be missed.

Hi Santhosh,
as per this news 30000 applicants paid initial deposit, but we expected 17000 to 20000 applicants!!!.

can any one confirm these numbers..

So, will this rule be applied to Kempegowda layout? Will this clause feature in the allotment letters / agreements? If yes, this might be the last straw for me - I might drop my plans to purchase a site even if I am allotted one in the ongoing round.

Considering the irrationally high quoted prices, I will have to apply for a loan to buy the site. Over that, BDA is expecting us to build a house in 5 yrs in what will surely be a largely undeveloped area without proper water, electricity and other basic facilities. This is simply not fair.

Any latest news on when will BDA announce the allotment of sites?

If not allotted, how long do they usually take to refund the money?

At least no formal announcement from the BDA. It may take another 2-3 months at least, to come out with the allotment list.

Meanwhile last week, BJP Team met the Urban Development minister on this issue, and the Minister has assured, BDA will be
made to pay some interest to the applicants for the delayed period(after first 3 months) by modifying the existing rules.

Hope you understand the scenario.
