Depending on your location, they will give you list of contractors you can consult and work with. Very down to earth people and easy to work with.

Yes, Mrinmayee's promod's team helped me getting block maker / contractor & they are very helpful. They gave training to my contractor at my site.

Hi Great to see interest in SMB house.. I am building my house with SMB now which is at ground level stage...

Please be aware about 2 things while going for such house
1) It's a slow process and you need to have patience
2) The cost is slightly higher that traditional if done properly.. dont take shortcuts in such cases.
