Request suggestions for alteration

Greetings !

I have attached my house plan that is constructed on a 30x50 North facing site. The garden is at the back of the house. Basement is at the Road level. Attached is the Ground Floor and First Floor plan.

We did not plan for a bedroom in the Ground Floor as we wanted a Garden. Though we have lift, we now feel a need for a Bedroom in the Ground Floor. We are planning to relocate the Garden plants (small Veg and Flower Plants) to our adjacent site as that is vacant.

Request your suggestions on how a room can be accommodated in the Ground Floor (without losing Dining and Utility) and how the extra space (due to the expanding roof in the Ground Floor) can be utilized on the First Floor. I would like to adhere to Vaastu principles as much as I can.
