Need a feedback about Nirman Nisarga Layout

I am planning to construct a house in Nirman Nisarga layout which is in Bannerghatta - Jigani main road. Is any member of this forum owns a house in this lay out? I would like to know the living conditions and also pros and cons of this layout. If you can please share your contact details it would be a great help.

What is the ongoing prices in Nisarga Layout... A wonderfull layout... Any such layouts you are aware of... Please suggest

The ongoing prices I believe are quoted around 3.5k psft and actual transaction could +/- 10-15% possibly. The layout and area is preferred due to proximity to green belt and quiet calm & serene environment & considered one of the good areas. many other approved layouts in the area too.
