Information on KPSC layout

Hi Friends,

I wanted to know KPSC layout or generally called "Vidhanasouda Layout" which is near to Jakkur lake and Simpihalli agar is a BDA approved layout ? I heard there was scam in 2011 from
KPSC layout board members.

How can I check this layout is BDA approved or not and any information about laypout please share the information.

Hi Badarinath,
The phase 1 of KPSC layout is BDA approved , you could check this in online bda tax payment website! but unfortunately this linke is down as i tried to check this morning.......

Another way to check if its BDA approved or not is to see the khatha of the plot, this khatha was would be issued by BDA .In this layout there are multiple phases....so please check for your respective phase.Hope this information helps you.

Hi Pranathi,

Checked in Detailed found the following facts :

1. There are still 11 cases pending in site allocation from KPSC as scam happened in allotment of site to non-KPSC members done by MD of KPSC.

2. No one gives proper documents when we tell them check legal docs.

3. All surroundings village people act as Agents but now one knows who is proper owner of land.

Need to be careful.

Hi venu,
I am sorry and not aware of the legal issues.... I am not a member of the society and after verifying the legality for the plot I was interested and then I bought it.
