Hi,

I'm planning to construct house at my 30*40 site and in lookout for an reliable contractor/builder who can take up contract for completing the house with our minimal involvement.

Hi uday,
What do you mean minimal involvement .In true world you cannot built a home with out your involvement on day to day basis ( though you don't need to be physically present at site) even if you hire an architect . Architect will take care of design, details, estimates, selection etc but you need to take care of project management like day to day updates from site unless you hire architect even for PMC works.
I suggest you to get your design and estimates with clear material specifications before you approach any contractor .There are different type of contractors available based on the quality and quantity of work .
