Re: Kempegowda layout notification
I plan to apply for site against this allotment. Presently I am not in Bangalore. I would like to know
1. Registration: Do I need to be physically be present? Any places my signature is called for? Or can I sign scan and send, someone can take a print and attach documents?
2. Application: What are the documentation required? Does that take more time to get attestation etc? Or can it be done in a single day?
I would be greatful if someone can respond with authentic details please.

Re: Kempegowda layout notification
Yesterday's BDA Info says, So far BDA through authorized banks sold more than 50,000 application in two months time for the proposed 5000 sites allotment,
but the percentage of people who submitted the filled application along with the initial down payment is less than 50%. That means not even 25,000 applications
submitted. This itself shows, the reality, that the BDA Site is not affordable anymore and the main applicants from the middle class are losing their interest.
Now BDA is planning to extend the deadline from 31st December to at least another two weeks period.

Re: Kempegowda layout notification
Earlier I had applied 3 time, But this time i dropped out by looking at the price of the new BDA plots.
In general, maximum applications will be submitted for the Lower size plots i.e. 20X30 and 30X40 which contributes to nearly 60 to 70%.
I'm not sure how many applicants are ready this time to shell out Rs. 1 crore for the 50X80 plot with 10 yrs lock-in period. In my opinion,
I don't see any difference between any ordinary Real estate Developer and BDA this time.
