Hi Ramki, based on the architect plan, please get structural plan done so that we will get to know the exact details and only based on that structure we need to estimate the budget, else you may face problem in future. Please check if this is just blind estimate or based on the structural plan?

It is too high, correct rate for masonry, barbending and centring is Rs 18000/- per sft in south Bangalore.
