Looking for SMV layout site owners

Wondering why cannot we have an association for the entire layout. Will it be too big and unmanageable??
I have a site in 2nd block and would be interested to know if any one is interested in an association for the same.

Having an association for entire SMV layout will be humungous. It has to be a massive org, not that it is unmanageable. Imagine the number of plots in SMV layout and that too they are scattered with a few revenue sites and societies/ boards in between. A separate association for each block would probably be ideal. ☺
Have you seen any developments in SMV 2nd Block lately?

There is already cauvery water connection in SMV lyt. Are you talking about specific locations within SMV lyt where there is no cauvery water??

Folks, can you please help me on where I can go to pay my taxes for the SMV site. I have a 80x50 site in 6th Block.
I went there yesterday - I see some developments but they have built a new drain and all the identifications have been erased.
However there are agents running around they showed me my site.

I used to pay in BDA online system and I have a PID given by BDA but nothing from BBMP. Did you guys change the site to
BBMP Khata ? please post

I'm original allottee from BDA.

You can pay your tax in any of the banks mentioned in the challan which BDA has sent for the taxes. Layout is still not handed over to BBMP,
