Contractore Reference for South Bangalore

Hi,

I am starting the construction of first floor of my house(I am staying in ground floor).
Based on your experiences what are the challenges I could face as I am staying in the ground floor?

Also can you suggest a contractor who can take a labor contract(without material) in south bangalore(Please PM me). Came to know from one of my friend in North Bangalore that the rate is nearly 22K per chadara.

I heard from one of the sources that they cost upto 25000 INR if the workmanship should be the best one. You should check if you can get a person for that price.
