Hi All,

I am interested in buying a plot in nobel residency(30/40 site) near bannerghatta road and the site is close to eurokids nobel residency layout (begur road) .

Could you please help me in knowing the current price in this area per sqft for A katha site ,Also Please let me know pros and cons of buying site in this area

As per my guess it would be between 4000 - 4250 per sft.
