Hi All ,
I am planning to buy a site in North bangalore near Yelahanka.
Entire 3.2 acre is DC converted and falls under BBMP limits.Developer has paid betterment charges for entire 3.2 acres.
But layout plan is not approved by BBMP/BDA.
Once sites are registered , what kind of khata is given to individual sites ?
I heard only entire 3.2 acres will get A Khata.

My understanding is :
Get the plan sanctioned for the full converted property , then apply for individual Khatas. Best to get Lawyers confirmation on this huge investment, otherwise it will take a very long time to get regularisation through Akrama - Sakrama , don't know when..
