Cost estimate - Temporary compound wall

Hi,

I am looking for most cost effective method to secure vacant site boundary by Temporary compound wall. Currently have No plan to construct house on this site.
Site size : 35 x 36 ft
Already there is compound Wall on two sides of site. ( right side there is chappadi stone wall and back side brick wall)

Need help in estimating cost for,
> Fencing by pillar stones
> concrete blocks compound wall

Site is located near Rammurthy nagar, contact details for getting the material would be very helpful.
