Hi Rangamv and ravivasudeva,

Can you share the Bill of Quantities that you have got from your contractor or architect as I am going to start the construction.

I am planning to start the construction from AUG End. Need all of these to cross check with my contractor quotes.

Thanks,
Pradeeep

Have you decided on the UPVC windows? Did you check on Rehau? I'm considering LG and Fenesta as well. It seems post sales will be an issue for Rehau or LG due to their presence especially places like my home town. But then again I'm not sure how much post sales service is required for these so called maintenance-less UPVC windows.

Zuari is good cement. Nothing to worry about it. As such company, italigroup is much bigger & better than birla cements !
- 53G & 43G of Zuari are good. PPC is the future - when govt. bans extraction/mining of limestones.
- Price wise zuari is cheaper than birla by Rs10-15
- Contact Mr.Shivaraj-7353793930 from zuari cement company. He will get his testing lab(van) & does it for free
