now one more caught. these guys we can't trust. they can say anything and they think people will believe easily. how DC converted site can be sold for 4500 whereas BDA site will not?

You mean all the block of SMV layout should have same price irrespective of their status/accessibility/development ? with your
logic all areas of Bangalore should have the same price. There should not be any price variation from one area to another, right ????
Don't compare the price of one block to another in any of the BDA Layouts. SMV II Block is around 3 kms away from this location.
with huge open field. Whereas this site mentioned area is already having plenty of houses, kaveri water and BMTC Bus service for
every 20 Mins which is just 2 mins walk-able distance to the 80ft Main Road. Also as mentioned schools and Banks within 1+ km range.
SMV BDA Layout price of 5th Block, 6th, & Extended 8th Blocks situated around this private layout price is in the range of
Rs. 5,000 to 7,000/-. BDA Approved Railways Layout II Stage(Bhavani Nagar) is Rs. 6,000 to 7,000/-sq.ft. HTM Layout(A Khata)
sites are quoted around Rs. 5,500/sq.ft onwards. So how does the Private Layout Quoted price is above the BDA Layout Price
within the mentioned same locality ????? Could you please justify...???

on enquiry i found that plots in any smy lay out are being sold at minimumum Rs. 6500/SQ. FEET.

depends on the blocks. Those which are close to ORR has that price range as Nagarabhavi is in the range of Rs. 8000 onwards.
But the more deeper, it reduces. Hence Price is not same in all the blocks.

ACCORDING TO ME TO DAY'S LEAST PRICE IN ANY SMV LAYOUT BLOCKS IS MIN. 50000RS/SQ.FT.

but i think once BDA impose the rule of mandatorily constructing house on empty lands, rates will come down and many people tries to sell the plot
