Approved plot in & around KR Puram

Hello Guys

I am new to this forum and would like to know some information here.

I am looking for a plot in East Bangalore, preferably in and around KR Puram. I am particular in buying a plot which has all the necessary approvals(BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, whichever is appropriate) and A-Khata land.

Please let me know if you know any plot or layout. If there is some layout that is supposed to be launched sooner(in 3-4 months) time, I can try that as well..

I heard there were issues with confident Lilian documents wise. Any idea?

Thanks for the details but can you pls tell me what price your bought or they quoted?
I have seen cybele greens close to confident Lilian and they are quoting 3600 per sq ft.
Any suggestions?
