Aunction in KHB suryanagar phase 1 and 2

KHB announced auction of corner sites in Suryanagar 1 and 2,

what is the current price in these layouts?

Dec 2014 price was 2800 for corner sites.In June 1st week they auctioned corner sites again.The KHB price is 3500/- for Phase 1.In 6 months the rates increased 700 psft.Does anyone know what is the successful bidders price in Dec 2014 and June 2015.

I know some ppl in that belt who hv surrendered their lands to KHB and they hv got some free hold sites which they are saying they are saleable and there is no 10 yr lock in period. How good is it to buy from them? are there any legal issues in such transactions? experts plz answer

This can be easily ascertained by looking at the sale deed. This will clearly state if it is a conditional sale deed (implies lockin) or an absolute sale deed.

they r quoting based on the location. it varies from 2800 - 3500 psft.

Do any one know the current rates at Surya City Phase 1?
Was planning to sell my property, checking a broker indicated price range of around rs.6000 / sq ft.

Any suggestions on how to ascertain the prevailing prices ?
