Labor Contract for Wire Cut Bricks or SMB

Hi,

I am planning to give Labor Contract for construction of my house with either Wire Cut Bricks or Stabilized Mud Blocks.

The contractor is quoting 330/sft with the following exclusions:

Paraphet Wall
Sump
Compound Wall
Overhead Tank
Landscaping work
Excavation

I want to know if this is ok or not.

Also is exposed brick work more labour intensive than normal construction. Tcontrator is telling it takes more labour for exposed brick work.

I'm constructing my house with Stabilized Mud Blocks for the Base rate of Rs. 250/- Per sft with similar kind of exclusions. But he is not expert in exposed SMB construction.
SMB construction need lots of special understanding. I guide them on technique and its my responsible to get the blocks etc

How are they making the SMB? What is the rate for making the SMB? I have got quote of Rs 5 per SMB with extra cost for renting equipment.

Does your contractor have capacity to take more?
