Abhilash, I had recently been to SMV 4th Block. Got to know BWSSB Water and Drainage Systems have been functioning. I got to know that the price is in the range of INR 4,750.00 to INR 4,800.00 in this part of the layout which is at the back of the KPTCL Power Grid and to the back of the new Sai Baba Temple, which is facing the 100' road.
