I have seen this news in one of the Kannada new paper, but It was mentioned rate cut is applicable for Belgaum district.

No idea about Bangalore prices.

that news was only related to the border districts of karnataka, where Cement dealers had hijacked Prices artificially than Maharashtra dealers.
Its Not applicable for Bangalore or rest of karnataka.
