Hi All,

I have site in 8th Block- further extension -SMV layout. I am out stationed for a years.. just to check on going developments and people started construction houses.. and current prices per sq feet post demonization..

Responses will be much appreciated!!

No effect of Post demonetization as of now.
Just status quo. Only the number of registrations have gone down.
Sellers are not willing to reduce their expected price or go for full amount registration.
Buyers are ready to wait for more time.

I heard DX-max and other builders have constructed apartments and houses coming up rapidly also heard Ring road work started and passing through Bajaj land which will connects magadi road.. but due to some protest this work got halt...
