Change in Plumber? and reference

Hi All, I hired a plumber for my plumbing works. He has delayed the work quite a bit and not accessible most times.

He has completed plumbing for bathroom and started constructing sewage chambers and just started the external plumbing.

I am at a point and frustrated with him, is it a good idea to change the plumber at this juncture - Please share your opinion?

If you can provide me any reference to good plumbers that would be great as well?
