I could not go with ramesh. I enquired multiple places and for 30x40 building approx 38sqrs including grill etc, it comes around 1.4 to 1.5 Labour charge .
So, i went with a painter who was working near by. His Name is Bhuvanash 9880184418. Refer venkatesh/Gnanabharthi.

I am happy with the painter who is painting my home now. Not a big team, but he has 3-4 painters who are dedicated to work and quite a decent guy. For 30x50, 3 floor house I am being charged 1L. If anyone requires a painter near e-city, I will pm his number.
