House floor plan suggestion for 30x20 sq ft site

Hi,

Recently I bought south facing 30x20 sq ft site. Can you please suggest the floor plans for this type of site.

Here is my requirement.
Option - 1
1. GF: parking + 1 BHK
2. FF: 2BHK duplex

Option -2
1. GF: 2 car parking + 1 Room with attached bath room
2. Next floor : 2BHK duplex
3. Next floor : 1BHK for rent out.

Also can you please suggest good architects.
