Hi,

I have a 1275 Sq.ft House on the ground floor. I have 3 BHK along on the ground floor. I want to build a 1275 Sq. ft Home on the 1st Floor.

I am in a dilemma whether to go for a 2 BHK or a 3BHK. Can anyone advise me.

Whether to go for a bigger dining room or a big hall.

Can anyone advice me.
