Please suggest best layout to buy a plot - Sarjapur road

Suggestion for those who look to buy plots near electronic city, bomasandra & jigani.

1) There are many factories and environment is polluted near jigani and e-city (also ground water is poor), hence if you want a good house to stay then try Koppa gate which is 15 min drive without any signals(10+kms) to e-city and near to bannerghatta road.

Many good layout has been developed in those areas like nisarga, nandanavana, pride etc..which have houses already built and people traveling to e-city
Price may be 1000 to 2500 rs based on the amendities for the BMRDA APPROVED SITES.

I recently visited pride rolling hills and seems to be best VFM site with very good environment and water resources.

Phase -1 seems to be sold out for 1000rs and there is phase-2 coming next year.

Suggest to have a visit to that areas and make the decisions.
