Is Building Plan Approval happens/needed for B Khata Plot?

Hi All,

as suggested in this forum - i submitted all the applications @ Cauvery Bhavan. Got an acknowledgement.
They informed to go after a week to VV Towers 13th floor with that + Affidivit (format given by person in VV Towers).

I was their @ VV tower on last saturday. Official @ 13th floor collected papers.
And when i asked him for geologist's number - he said come after 2 months

On checking with some fellows - its like - geologist might come & may not come.
If they come - they ll approve only if i pay some money.

So waiting for 2 months does it make sense

Anybody knows how to get a B Khata ? I have the sale deed and uptodate tax paid receipts for a 30*40 site in magadi road which was made from a house building co operative society and as i dont have a khata not sure how to get a B khata.

I was told that the BBMP authority is not issuing A khata for that layout so want to atleast have a B khata.

As per my lawyer B Khata plots does not get plan approval. Only option is to go ahead without plan approval.

B Khata will not get BBMP Plan approval. However some banks will sanction loans even for B khata.

Have you started your construction. Let me know if you approached any banks for the home loan as your property was B khatha.
