Hi Friends,
Anyone willing to share a corner site 40*60 in well developed layout in banneraghatta road or kanakapura road ?
I thought to buy a corner site and share 20*40 by 3 people who like to have independent home in a good layout with big roads and parks and approved layout, but cannot afford to buy 30*40 sites because of high rates and resellers .
Let me know if anyone interested to share .

What is your budget?
Are you planning to take home loan for this?
Are you looking for independent home in 20*40?
Is J P nagar 7th phase is acceptable?
If the budget is too low and willing to take home loan, then bifurcation in small sites (like 60*40) are not permitted either at BBMP or banks. If you wish to go for floor wise ownership, it works out.
