Hi Friends,

Do you have any idea about this prelaunch project “ EXCISE LAYOUT “ developed by State Excise Multipurpose Co-Operative Society Ltd. in IVC road near Devanahalli Airport.

Currently they are offering Rs 699/sq. ft. and the registration will be in Dec 2013. Payment will be paid in 4 installment.

Please share your experience if anyone of you enquired or booked in this layout

I am also interested in buying one plot on IVC road please suggest any good layout in the range of 700-900sqft and no hassle on this.

Very early to decide anything on this layout. No Dc conversion happened, so BIAAPA approval, layout formation, allotments - long way to go.

FORGET ABOUT REGISTRATION THE LAND IS STILL NOT CONVERTED TO RESIDENTIAL AND SOCIETY PEOPLE KEEP ON SAYING REGISTRATION WILL HAPPEN IN NEXT SIX MONTHS EVERY TIME. IF YOU HAVE PAID MONEY NO ALTERNATIVE, KEEP WAITING. IF NOT PAID AND PLANNING TO BUY, PLEASE DROP YOUR IDEA.
