Looking for professional interior designer for interior design of my duplex house.
Mainly for design consultation and execution based on need.
Also please share any pointers for duplex interiors you may have.

I got the following quote from a dealer, please suggest is the right market price and is brand is ok?

For kitchen waterproof plywood BWR, brand : Fineplywood
19mm 8x4=104 rs sqft
12mm 8x4=87 rs sqft

For wardrobe commercial plywood, brand:AGP Silver (never heard both the brands but my Carpentor is insisting)
19mm 8x4=72 rs sqft
12mm 8x4=53 rs sqft
6mm 8x4=41 rs sqft

19mm block board 7x4= 71 rs sqft
0.8 mm laminate 580 rs per sheet

Please share you input,I have finalized entire house interior for 240 sqft labour contract

I have given Labour contract for 250/Sfq ft.

For kitchen waterproof plywood BWR IS 710
19mm 8x4=115 rs sqft
6mm Bwp 8X4 = 51.5 rs sqft

For kitchen waterproof 19mm Bwp Block Board Greenply 106.5 Rs/sqft

For wardrobe commercial plywood, brand: Greenply
19mm 8x4= 99.5 rs sqft
6mm 8x4= 45.5 rs sqft

19mm block board 7x4= 71 rs sqft - 83Rs. - for harpoon gold club brand
0.8 mm laminate Merino 560 rs per sheet half white

I have given Labour contract 250/sqft for all (Kitchen, TV, Wadrobe, some doors for passages etc). Is it s good deal? How to measure the sqft? Is it Length x Widthe ? and Depth is not considered? Please share some in site here.

I bought material from Mysore road Vruddi Plywoods, I can share the pricing details later as I do not have right now.
