@Venkyn

You have mentioned, one lot of SSB brick quality was not good. Normally how many bricks are supplied in one lot? How you have handled the situation. Weather this lot was rejected and sent back or accepted by giving warning regarding next lot.

What precaution we can take regarding the quality of bricks to avoid such type of situations.

My contacts are not reachable, any updates guys?

Many of the constructions have come to halt in our area. This shows how much sand was sourced from TN. Without sand every other related business getting dull. I don't know how far this will take us.

Thanks a lot for the information Venky, This will help me as i will start constructing my house in BSK 6th stage shortly.
Found materialtree as a good/convenient platform for buying all building materials.
Have any of you purchased any materials from materialtree? Do we have any alternate platform so that we can bargain for the best deal?
What is the best payment mode to buy materials online (Advance or Cash on delivery or credit card)
Can anybody suggest me a good quality M sand suppliers?

Be Happy

Hi venky and others,
Any update on sand issue? I am kind of struck for past few weeks as I am not able to get Trichy sand supply. I used to pay Rs 23-25k for a 4 wheel load, but now I hear it is Rs 40k+ and very rarely you will be able to get the load. Any suggestions?

Thanks
