Hello everyone!
I am planning to buy apartment in Purva atria Platina at the rate of Rs 8250 psf in 2nd floor.
Please let me know things I have check before I finally confirm. Toatal built up area is 2050, they say carpet area is 30% less is it ok.
Cauvery water is yet to come.
