BEGUR- Shantharaj (TSR Company) is a cheat ! sold bogus site

I had bought a site in begur (hommadevanahalli) from Garden City layout through TSR company managing director shantharaj. Now he has sold the land to someone on the basis of survey number and has cheated around 400 people.

After checking some more papers it has come to light that he has created bogus documents and does not own any land, but has sold sites and registered them. When i went to ask him, he said he will give 100 rs per sf/ft as compensation(1.2 lakh for 1200sft). the running rate there is 2000 per sft (around 24 lakh for 1200 sft). When i said i will complain to police and go to court, he threatened me with rowdies and his son is another rowdy sheeter. He showed me photo of muthappa rai and said that he knows him and will make sure that he will fix me. I am trying to go the legal route, but this is a long process and these guys have connections and they escape easily. Please BEWARE!!

I had this site for more than 12 years and now they have demolished all the roads , some houses and flattened it.

This site is located in survey number 57. He has sold this to Prabhakar reddy, and all these guys move around like rowdies and have connections with many ministers, so they are not afraid of cheating people. ANYONE who is selling this land as a new layout, be careful that there are many cases on this survey number which people have put or planning now after this cheating case.

Now i hear that prabhakar reddy is planning to build a layout and sell it. Please do not fall for this guy or shantharaj, as they all are dealing with bogus papers. I lost my hard earned money. Please share this with everyone you know so that you do not get cheated like this.

I just found out more about the new layout that prabhakar reddy is developing by snatching our sites on the same place. his company is sai realtors, and website is http://sairealators.in/promoters.html

please help us by highlighting this as much as possible, so that no one falls for his sweet-talk and get cheated. on our part, we have made sure that anyone who visits the site while we are around, we tell them the reality of the place. I have seen old people come and take a look and we have persuaded them to not buy land there. The lure of getting a site for 1500 persft is pulling a lot of people to that place, but they will all be cheated eventually.

I have a friend of mine who is also in the same situation where a politically connected goonda has cheated bunch of people. He is fighting a case against them from past 5 years. He says that he keeps getting threatening phone calls, rowdies patrolling in front of his house, and his family members harassed when they leave the house, etc. But he is still fighting them.

I feel so sorry for the state you are in. It is situations like these that make me feel proud to be living in India, the shitty third world country ruled by goons. We are just marginally better than Africa but think we can compete with first world!

please beware of this developer : Prabhakar Reddy (http://sairealators.in/promoters.html). he is the one trying to build a new layout on our site, and is planning to sell it to others and cheat them.

Today in Deccan Herald i saw news related to Garden city layout,Hommadevanahalli,Begur where many people were cheated.Is this the same?

yes that is the same. all those cheats are in soup now. government demolished whatever these cheats had put up, and we broke the main wall also so that we can enter our sites.

Sai realtors are developing massive layouts around bettadasanapura, EC road, begur road and adjoining places all in green belt. Totally illegal.
