Advise on Structural Engineer quote

Hi Friends,

I have received following quote from a qualified Structural Engineer for my proposed building construction.

1. Architectural plan - Rs. 15,000/- ( I have accepted)
2. Structural design/Drawing Rs. 15,000/- ( I have accepted)
3. Structural consultation (15 visits during major concretes) - Rs. 50/Sqft
4. Project Management & consultation Rs. 90/Sqft

He also quoted me for per visit basis of Rs.5,000/- per visit.

please advise me on the quote whether its fine? because I felt its expensive and how much I can bargain for?

Also give me references of good structural engineer with better pricing if you know.
