Hello Friends,

there is a 10 acre villa project coming up in yelahanka. Just next to Prestige North West County.

Villas are planned with Superior clubhouse and Amenities just like in Prestige Oasis.
24 Hour Security, Swimming pool, TT, Interiror Badminton Court etc..
Villas will be in the range of 1900 sqft - 3800 sqft.
Launched from Rs.1.1 Cr. onwards

Now we friends have an offer to book in the prelaunch at Rs.85 Lakhs per villas. And this is only for 20 Villas out of 135 Villas approx.

If anybody is intrested in group buying please let me know. we can negotitate further. Currently we are 5 people.

Sorry for Delay in Reply. They are in stage of Approvals. So they are not taking any bookings right now. They will take only after the approvals are received it seems.

To be Precise, this is a Prestige Oasis Project with better Quality in small scale. Club house, Swimming pool and all Amenities.
