Need suggestion for buying a Plot

Post by Ephrahim »

Gents

I want to buy a plot in and around Horamavu, i saw many plots near Horamavu-Kelkere road near Sunshine school. I was to know if anybody has bought any plots in around said place, what is the correct price. As per owner govt has not issued any Khatta, but the owner has been paying BBMP tax since 3 years. Can we get bank loan without the Khatta.

can someone comment plz

Last when I searched for a plot 2 months back, It was 1100-1600 psqft in Kalkare/Horamavu/NRI layout/Sankalpa Layout/Banjara Layout depending on the location. I was advice to check if they 'A' khatha or 'B' khatha. I dont know that are they, but the lawyer i visited said, you bring the plot documents to me, then I will tell u if it has a proper khatha or not. So becarefull about this khatha.

Thanks, The plots i've seen are near the sunshine school/Petrol station, the owners of these plots telling they dont have any Khata, but banks need Khata to give loans. I'm totally confused.

Anyhow thanks for your reply and suggestions, if you are buying any plot please let me know.

I bought a plot in Banjara layout last year. I do not know the rates now. As far as I know most of the plots in Horamavu are revenue plots. So you can get only B khata and the banks will not be giving any loan for B khata. They will give it for only 'A' khata.

Thanks

Hi Eph,
I was looking at sankalpa developers's sites. They claim they can get you loan also from their tie up banks (Doische bank etc.)
you can contact their owner sunil @ 9886726945.

http://www.99acres.com/Residential-Land ... d-K2612463

But finally I decided not to go for it because of these khatha issues and all.

Thanks.

WHat was the rate at which you bought in banjara layout? it is mentioned that the layout has good tar roads (40') and also drainage, water and other facilities. But it is a DC converted site only. Pls. comment

I also want to know the current price in banjara layout. Also, can we get loans for DC converted B khata sites?
