Apartments around Marathahalli / Kundalahalli

Hi All
Would like to know apartments which are BDA approved in Marathahalli or Kundalahalli since recently approached Keerthana Builders / Saranya Constructions (coming up in Munnekolala @2400/-) and SJR Unity (coming up in Chinnappanahalli @2515/-) all are says projects are BBMP approved and bank loans are available but no one mentioned BBMP approval number in their brochures hence looking your assistance in this regard.
or site also preferrable but am looking for bank loan
