New BWSSB CHAIRMAN ,Shri.ANJUM PARWEZ, HAS TAKEN UP THE SUBJECT OF ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION WATER PIPELINE AND GLR ,AND THE SAME HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE BOARD YESTERDAY ,,,i.e 09-09-2014,

MORE DETAILS SHALL BE DISCUSSED ON OUR NEXT ASSOCIATION MEETING DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY,

Dear All,

On October 19th, LBSNRWA had its meeting. This meeting was special because we had invited some of the dignitaries associated with the Anjanapura layout, to hear out our grievances and to talk about how to speed-en the process of getting the basic amenities to the entire BDA Layout.

The dignitaries :

1. Mr. Vinod Kumar ( Brother of the Hon. MP DK Suresh Kumar, looking over the developments in south )
2. Mr. Chandranna ( Ex-Chairman, Anjanapura )
3. Mr. Gangadhar ( Councilor, Anjanapura )
4. Mr. Nagaraj ( BWSSB, AE )
5. Mr. Kumaranna ( Block President, South )

I wish to thank everyone for participating in this meeting, making it hugely successful.

It was a commendable effort by each of you in the core team to get those dignitaries together in one forum and get our concerns/issues discussed. Based on what we discussed during the meeting, we need to further step-up our approach in getting them addressed.

Great stuff!!! Once again cheers to everyone in the team and lets keep our spirits high while we move towards our goal.

With Immense pleasure I would like to give all A very Happy news that another Milestone achieved in the Books of Anjanapura,,,
Finally The Police station in Thalgatpura has been handed over to BANGALORE CITY LIMITS, on Wednesday ,Also There will be Hoysala and Cheetah bike PATROLLING IN Anjanapura 1-11 blocks shortly,
Police Official shall attend our meeting and Also when necessary the Police Circle Inspector shall also be addressed ,By this We can High Light the problems in Anjanapura with regards to Theft and Other Nuisance happening in and Around Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar(LBS),There was some issues with regards to Bulgary in 5th Block and a Copy of Complaint had been given to our Association On the First week of our Meeting ,,After speaking to the Concerned Officials finally Happy to see The Police Station is been handed over to Bangalore City Limits which was earlier Under Ramanagara Dist Jurisdiction ,
With regards to supply OF Cauvery WATER ,Another Good News that After A Regular Follow up and Discussion with Concerned Authorities .Finally the Third Tanker has arrived to BWSSB ,S-2 sub Division ,Kothanur dinne,There shall be another 4th Tanker coming shortly ,
Our LBSNRWA Is the Authorised Association for Monitoring and Distribution of FREE Water supply through tankers in Anjanpura from BDA ,As per the Discussion with Concerned Authorities we have Prepared chart for Sequence of Supply of water in Serial Number wise and the same is been handed over to the Driver to Supply water in Serial Order ,And No deviation is allowed in between to ensure that the water is supplied Impartial to Everyone,
We have finished Complete Detail survery In serial wise of Houses of 9,10 AND 11 block and Issued Token and Those whom we have missed have been told to collect tokens on this sunday 16th November 2014 at our Meeting Venue in Anjanapura 1-11 blocks,
A chart has been prepared and if there are any missing House numbers ,We request the Consumers to Update us to enable to Add them ,
Maximum of 3 Token Per Month has been handed over to the Consumers,
Due to unforeseen circumstances of vehicle brakedown and driver absentees, the Consumer need to Purchase water from Private Tankers or wait until their Turn ,There shall not be Any deviaition and if there is any Deviation from the Drivers the Concerned BWSSB officials shall be held responsible,
After completion of First round in the Chart only then the tanker shall start for the Second round of Distribution ,and Subsequently the Third Round,
Also ,We have noted that with regards to outlet Water wall in the tanker of 6000 Litres , One vehicle has Bigger wall,The Time Taken for unfilling at Consumer place would take aprrox 15- 20 mins and this tanker can Supply Maximum 6 to 7 load Daily where as another Tanker Vehicle is Fitted with small water outlet wall which takes 50 mins to unfill water , there by only 4 to maximum 5 loads is possible ,We have taken this issue with concerned Authorities and Indent for Modification work of oulet walls is ready,
By adding a Bigger Outlet wall to the Tanker for the remaining 2 tankers, the number of loads shall increase,
Total Number of Houses in Anjanpura 9,10 and 11 blocks shall be divided into 3 parts ,For Example say there are total 150 houses in 9,10 and 11 block ,each tanker shall be ALLOCATED 50 houses to supply and each of the 50 houses coming under that particular tanker shall be given the serial sequence chart ,The consumers themselves can track where the tanker is by calling the driver to know the Present and Subsequent House Number and Analize their turn ,

PS: Our Association meeting at ANJANAEYA TEMPLE ,NEAR VAJRAMUNI ESTATE, ANJANAPURA shall be held Bi-Monthly on first sunday and third sunday at 10.30 am upto 11:15 am and Subsequently Issue of monthly water tokens shall be issued from 11:15 am upto 12:30 am,The Token are NON-TRANSFERABLE and Without token there shall be no Distribution of Water,All those who miss coming to our Meeting venue due to unavoidable circumstances and emergency basis can collect token from Our New Vice President shri .NANDA KUMAR at his residence at 11 block on prior appointment with him ,

For Water supply through pipe line 1-8 blocks we have updates and we are constantly in touch with the concerned officials ,shall post information on this forum after completion ,

With regards to the Opening of 80 FEET ROAD connecting to BANNERGHATTA Main Road ,I Had personally visited the concerned Authorities in VIKAS SOUDHA and FINALLY speeded up the Issue ,We needed the help of our Hon’ble M.P Shri .D.K.SURESH ANNA to speed up the matter which was delayed almost more than 6 months,

We remain gratefull for our Hon’ble M.P.Shri D.K.SURESH ANNA always with regards to the Development works happening in LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI Nagar (BDA Layout 1 to 11 blocks ) which never happened in past 13 years .
