Positions looks good.
Suggestions.
1. 4x4 is ok, but a lengthier pooja will be good, as there is space go for 4x6, so that
a person step inside and perform pooja.

2. Avoid staircase touching to the south boundary wall, as there is space make it in line with the building wall.

3. setback on south can be 2"6' ; and in the north let it be 3'6", so that after boundary wall you get a 3'2" , which is a good space for parking two wheelers , and can be used for drying clothes. 2' + is enough for a person to go around the building.

Give a thought and final decision is yours.

Agree with Nagesh's suggestions. I don't see any utility area for washing machine + utensils washing in this plan. Where do you plan to have it?
