Need suggestions on single story building..

Hi All,
I want to construct a simple house (~1300sqft). I have attached the building plan (done by me).
The requirements are very simple...
Doesn't have any future plans to go for multi-story hence going for non-column based construction (stone foundation based).
The exterior walls will be 8" solid concrete block.
The interior walls will be 6" solid concrete block.
The floor will be of lime stone slabs.
No-chajja or lintels anywhere in the house.
Going for Steel doors for front and rear doors. Interior doors will be of compressed wood with laminates.
Windows will be of UPVC (casement inward open type).
Exterior wall painting will be of cement paint type.
Interior wall painting will be of emulsion paint.

Please provide valuable suggestions. I don't want to spend too much money for home at the same time I don't want a shabby/low quality house.

Don't know there are no suggestions coming......
The site is of 4800 sqft.(40' x 120'). The site has roads in east, north and west direction. The site has slope from west(H) to east(L). The house will have a sit-out infront (8' x 28') covered with tiled roof and floor 3' above ground level. The utility spaces will be in the rear. Planning to construct house leaving 25' in front.
