Dear members,
I urgently need help from experienced members whether it is advisable to start brick walls soon after erecting columns above plinth and only then go for roof. Our structural consultant is advising that we will finish entire frame of the building and start block work later. But i was told that wall will not gel neatly with the frame. Please advise ASAP.
Regards,
Praveen

Re: brick wall before roof
Dear Pomski;
Normally brick work after entire frame is done in apartment but in independent house better to do when columns are ready upto lintel level. Early brickwork also help in full lintel work (above 7feet) and wall finish also comes out good. also you get the interior and exterior shape of house as building comes up.
