fyi fees highly dependent on no.of kitchens. For my 1 kitchen duplex approx 1500sft, I paid around 10k bribe.

I am planning to building G+2 in 30x40 plot with two kitchens. please give me the details.

We are planning to construct ground floor (900 Sq. ft.) + first floor (800 sq.ft.) House in site measuring 30 x 50 ft. (Total two kitchens). We are in process of applying to BBMP for plan sanction.

We saw your reply in this thread on plan approval cost. Kindly can you please give the complete fee details you paid (official+ Bribe) for your House incl. site & House dimensions.
