We are trying very hard on this case. We have even studying some supreme court orders and similar cases for next course of actions.
Here everybody note that not only we get our sites back , but SMV Layout Block 1 will get 2 Parks.We will realize the importance of Parks once we build houses and started staying there.

Only we feel very bad is Major Srikala and Major Ponaappa could have joined with us . When service people joins the case becomes strong. But any have we will try our level best to quash the de-notification.

WP 13013/2013 is listed for final hearing in front of Justice A. S . Bopanna.
Another month is required to get final judgment.
Please check status of case in High Court of Karnataka web site.
Let me know any more information needed.

Thanks Manjunath for the update..last week I visited 1 block and I saw somebody clearing the denotified area and building a compound wall ..it was like 2 to 3 sites together..50X80 dimension site..It was closer to Nala..and SKC greens illegal layout compound wall..
WHen i chekced with the JCB driver, he said some local guy Ramesh has asked to clean and build the compound..

We stopped compound construction and gave police complaint for violation the HC stay order.

They have also stopped illegal work towards 100 feet road..

My Site not in the Survey # 20, its just above the nala i.e I think survey # 30/3 left side to 100ft road its 2100 series sites, I heard that a person by name -Swamy he is went to court for deleting particular land from BDA (I may be wrong), can someone provide me more details with what is the latest status in court or WT / CCC details.

Do we have anyone in this forum who have site in same range...
