Document required for building demolition

Hi all

I would like to demolish my old building and start constructing a new one

what are the documents which I would require from BBMP?

My guess is that you have to provide a fresh plan approval application and get it sanctioned. Demolition is implied if you happen to go through plan approval process. If you want I can provide my agent's number who did the plan approval work for me.
