Need quote on these items from engineers

Hi All

My site is in Srigandhada Kaval near Ambedkar Medical college (near Kengeri, Magadi to Mysore road ring road). If any certified engineer / contractor in surrounding area, please send message / reply with answers to questions below and your contact details.

Plot is north facing 30 wide x 40 long. Plan to build Ground (with car parking) (935 sft)+ 1st Floor (935 sft) + Terrace (130 sft) = 2000 sft. Floor plans attached here.

1. Name of the Engineer

2. Contact Number

3. What are your charges to prepare estimation on the floor plan given by me ?

4. What are your charges to prepare corporation drawings for the said plan?

5. What is the % charges for supervision ?

6. What is the % or lump sum amount you charge for labour contract ? Does this include watchman appointment and payment also ?

7. How many visits per day ? How long will you stay @ site on visit ?

8. Are you ready if we fix the stage-wise payment of labour contract amount and supervision charges ? ( My co-brother is civil engineer and he will fix the convenient stages )

9. Ready to sign the agreement ?

10. What is the duration required to complete the building if materials and payments are done without any delay?

11.After completion of building construction will you be able to get CC (Completion Certificate) and how much do you charge for the same or is it included in supervision charges?

Please take a look at the attached floor plan in this thread.

The setbacks are 4ft in front and 3ft on the remaining sides. Constructing G + 1.

Will this qualify to go ahead for a corporation plan with same dimensions that I can submit for approval ? I hope I don't have to pay any bribes in this case.

Can someone please let me know.

Rajeev,

The setback you would need would be 12% of length on front and 8% for rest of sides. So front requires 4.8ft and sides/back side 2.4ft is enough.

One more clarification needed:

Do the setbacks include compound wall (4"), so wall to wall would be 2ft gap. Pls clarify.
