My sister has got a site at Anjanapura 5th Block. She wants to build a house there but it is found that there is no building activity in that place. If the site owners willing to build houses come forward they can start together and develop the place.

I have purchased newly plot in 5th G block but there are no enough eminities available like kaveri water , street light and all.So may be another year it would come.

Everywhere people are building houses either by sinking bore wells or by getting tanker water. At least if some houses come up, the residents can form association and fight for amenities. When we came to K.S.Layout 30 years back there was no Kaveri water, roads were not tarred, there were no street lights, no buses. Even for a few coriander leaves we had to walk up to Banashankari. But, after a few people built houses we approached various civic agencies and over a period of time got all that we needed. Unless people start living in the new locality no civic agency is going to provide amenities.
