BSNL Sirigandha Plots

I am planning to buy BSNL Sirigandha plot at IVC road. If anyone bought or have information about this can you please share with me. It will be a great help.

I am considering this project seriously to buy a property there as well as Sougandha at kammanahalli cross.
Sirigandha phase 3 is opened for booking and one interesting thing about this project is its adjacent to/on IVC road (I am yet to witness the location though), but familier with Telecom layout road. Where as Phase 1 nd 2 are slightly inside from IVC road
Can anyone share experience with phase 1 & 2? I heard that no development work started, but, they are claiming that end of this year (or end of next year) the sites will be rigisterd on buyers name.
This housing society seems to be relatively new. Is that true they have past experience with Postal and Telecom layout development at off sarjapur road?

I have booked in BSNL Sirigandha Ph III on IVC road. Rate is Rs.800/ sqft. Ph1&2 are sold out though there may be few plots which will be available later.
For Ph III they have agreement with farmers to acquire the land and they will use the 2nd installment to pay farmers and make registered deed.
Like with any society all these carry some element of risks in acquisition and conversion delays. Note that Telecom layout and BSNL Sirigandha layout are different society/managing groups.
