Plumbing Contract- Need Advice!

Post by SOMESH86 »

Hi Folks,

Need you advise on finalizing Plumbing Contract

He has quoted 80k for following, but have come up to 65k after negotiation

Total Bathroom (Bath + Toilet)= 5
Toilet= 1
Kitchen= 3

Including OTH Connection, Solar Connection , Sanitary connection to Sanitation Line.

Background:
3 floor house- 1Duplex, 2 houses.

Is 65k reasonable? I felt its bit on higher side.

Need your expert advise.

Thanks for your time in advance.

Regards,
Somesh

hi somesh,

As far as plumbing is concerned please check his previous work and if possible get feedback from the other owners about his work.Thats the most important thing.65k is what i have paid for my house which has 6 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and includes other connections you have mentioned and also rwh.Ask him to include RWH in the quote if possible. 5 to 10k above and below is ok if you have got a good plumber rather than going with a poor plumber and losing money later.This is my experience coz i changed my old plumber and have a new one coz of the poor work he did,lost around 5k in the transition.

Regards,
Balaji.

I assume that this is just the labour part, the material is being supplied by you?
