With the given roof/beam plan, can we construct upper floors and use the roof part which is above the parking space for living area ? Any structural challenges ?

yes u can use, if u r architect has planned for accordingly to ur requirement.

The plan uploaded was of the house which is already built. I brought this house 6 months back and now i am planning to construct duplex house from the first floor.

hi sir, if u can get full structural drawings from whoever u purchased the house so that it will be easy to clarify u r doubts. Definitely there will be the drawing u try.

Constructing additional floors is based on footing and column drawings not beam dwg.Beam dwgs are meant for the slab of that specific floor .You can take footing and column dwgs to any architect or structural engineer to get the design checked.
